With the outbreak of 4G Mobile Internet and the rapid spread of mobile intelligent terminal, the advent of mobile Internet era and experience economy era, people’s needs, and understanding of products and services has occurred a qualitative leap, stimulating higher levels of product and service experience. With a large number of mobile terminal users also ushered in the rapid development phase in China, mobile commerce application has become a hot spot in the mobile Internet applications. Payment as the essential link for mobile business application, the quality of user experience is the key to restrict mobile payments platform stickiness factor.Therefore, how to boost mobile payments spread and improve the user experience in order to retain existing customers and potential customers will become problems to be solved in the field of mobile payment in China.In order to discuss the influence factors and the formation process of mobile payment platform user experience, the paper based on the domestic and abroad scholars research results and the technology acceptance model theory standing in the whole usage process perspective to research user experience satisfaction, namely, according to the time dimension, from the three dimension,the users perception mobility and usage condition before use, products’ functional experience in use interactively, comprehensive experience satisfaction after use to build model. Beacuse user experience satisfaction is an important influence factor for the users’ continuous usage intention, therefore, put users’ continuous usage intention as a result of experience satisfaction guidance, to join model, built mobile payment platform user experience model, and proposed the research hypothesis. Then, based on the definitions of measurement items other scholars and effective measurement items by pre-survey, the paper generated a formal questionnaire on multiple channels to distribute and collect questionnaire.Finally, using SPSS, AMOS and other statistical software, the collected data was processed by the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and validate and correct the results by using structural model analysis.The reseach results showed that, usefulness experice, ease of use experience, relative advantage has significant positive effect on experience satisfaction, influences from strong to weak followed by relative advantage, usefulness experience, ease of use experience. Among them, perceived mobility had a significant positive effect on usefulness experience, usage condition and personal innovativeness had a significant positive impact on ease of use experience, and perceived risk negatively influenced user experience satisfaction. The effect of sensory experience on experience satisfaction is not significant.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects of the research perspective and content. In selecting the perspective, existing research is mainly to build the static single stage usage intention model, the research standing in the perspective of the whole process user experience, the combination of mobile payment platform of its own core characteristics, according to time dimension, the systematical analysis of the whole process the key influence on user experience satisfaction from pre-use, interactive use process, to after-use; in content, this paper based on TAM model, added the five factors including perceived mobility, usage condition, personal innovativeness, perceived risk, relative advantage to build mobile payment platform user experience model theory. And for the variables of the questionnaire items which the former scholar is not related, according to expert interviews and tutor, set out to related measurement items and questionnaire, which makes up the previous research vacancy, and further strengthens the related theory on mobile payment user experience.
