China’s rural financing channel is narrow, and farmer financing is difficult, which restricted the scale management of agriculture development and farmers’ income growth. State clearly gives the farmers contracted land management right mortgage and hypothec. In recent years, large areas of the country carry out Rural Land mortgage financing pilot project, and explore financing model gradually and orderly. But with the experimental work accelerating, the risk of rural land management right mortgage financing is increasingly prominent, which restricts the overall promotion of the mortgage financing business. Thus, from a risk perspective, game analysis on rural land management rights mortgage financing is very necessary and urgent.This paper describes the theoretical basis on rural land management rights mortgage financing, including its meaning and legal basis, and analyze land collateral five risks involved, and a brief introduction of game theory relevant content. Analyze the current status and difficulties of the rural land management rights mortgage financing, and explore influencing factors of land collateral risk from the perspective of the farmers, and its empirical analysis. On the basis of risk factors, gaming process between farmers and banks to explore in detail to find the optimal equilibrium solution, while studying the incentive effects of the local government between banks to find the optimal excitation.
