Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Products Quality And Safety In Tianshui,Gansu

In recent years, facing the frequent occurrence of quality safety accidents to agricultural products, the CPC Central Committee and State Council attach more and more importance to the quality safety management of agricultural products. The construction of the management system of quality safety of agricultural product is of great importance not only for protecting life safety and human health but also to the development of modem agriculture, the increase income of farmers and the increase of international competitiveness of agricultural products on both domestic and international markets. Tianshui located in the western of our country belongs to the less development areas which is conditioned by many kinds of actual situation. The quality safety of agricultural products works in Tianshui has obtained some achievements, but, the overall situation is still in the middle or lower levels.In this paper, there mainly analyzes the characteristics, meaning, detection technology and the main factors affecting the quality safety of agricultural products. Then, on the basis of the present situation and existing problems of agricultural products quality safety in our country, further elaborated the beneficial revelation of quality safety of agricultural products in foreign experience to our country. Afterwards, this paper introduces in detail to the present situation, effect and existing problems of agricultural products quality safety in Tianshui. At last, combined with specific national conditions of our country, the paper puts forward to suggestions and countermeasures for how to improve and perfect the quality safety management of agricultural products in Tianshui. The conclusion is as follows.1. Achievement of agricultural products quality and safety management system in Tianshui have basic formation of provincial, city and county three level network; quality inspection system construction is developing rapidly; technical team quality steadily improve and detection ability increase rapidly and the role of the increasingly prominent.2. The main problems of agricultural products quality and safety management system existing in Tianshui have farmers consciousness weak and pose a safety hazard; funds lacking; supervision and law enforcement needs to be strengthen.3. Countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural product quality safety management level of Tianshui have strengthen propaganda, training and raising awareness; improve the regulatory agencies and intensify supervision; speed up the pace of agricultural standardization construction.
