In an organization, information sharing is a very complex behavior, to a large extent, and depends on the individual’s mentality. When employees feel the value of information, information sharing behavior will appear. Many scholars have found that informal networks have a great impact on information sharing, so it is very necessary to study how informal networks affect the organization of information sharing. Since 1980 s, there has been a social network theory, then it is object "field" of information sharing that information sharing is present in the particular relation network and sharing. Therefore, the use of social network theory to analyze the organization of information sharing has become a hot spot for many scholars.As a typical state-owned enterprise, GR group has many similar management problems of state-owned enterprises. Its informal network is more complex than other private sector, so it has more significance in research. Studying on the state-owned enterprise internal information sharing can know how informal network structure affect the finishing efficiency of organization, and impact of intra organizational knowledge and experience sharing, and how they affect enterprise performance, employee performance, and employees working and emotional thought. Describe the organization’s informal network structure, to a certain extent, to help enterprises to lead better management of internal staff, but also conducive to information sharing within the enterprise. Consequently, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the informal network structure of state owned enterprises.Through consulting the domestic and foreign scholars on the social network theory, this study summarizes the influence of the density and centrality of the emotional network and consulting network on the information sharing within the organization. Then, with reference to these important conclusions, a questionnaire survey was conducted on GR group to find out the density and centrality of the emotional network and counseling network in GR group. Based on the results of the data processing and the theoretical, it is concluded that the low density of the GR group and the low density of the emotional network is not conducive to the information sharing within the organization; GR group’s consulting network density is not conducive to the organization of information sharing; GR Group Consulting Network Center is conducive to the higher information sharing within the organization. Finally, this study also analyzes the problems existing in the GR group and puts forward some management suggestions.
