With the rapid development of the capitalist economy in China, the financial structure is undergoing a great change. China’s securities industry as an important part of China’s financial sector, also plays a pivotal role. In recent years, the investment awareness of investors is increasing, which brings about the fierce competition in the securities industry.The war Commission continues to heat up, the brokerage business goes into the "small time",the securities companies which relying on the traditional brokerage business channels for profit model fell into financial difficulties, the transformation of brokerage business marketing mode is imminent.This paper takes CD securities as the research object, with the slogan " restructuring and listing, transformation and innovation" in recent years, and introduces the history development and brokerage business marketing current situation from a number of business indicators of CD securities, using SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, even the opportunities and challenges of CD securities brokerage business in such intense environment, to find existing problems in the marketing mode, and put forward the necessity of the transformation of the brokerage business marketing mode. Through the choices one more time from three aspects of the brokerage business market decision, market segmentation and target market, to make the decision of the forward path in the transformation and development of CD securities brokerage business marketing mode, and put forward the propose targeted development strategy. From product, channel, service,management system four aspects to reconstitute the development road of transformation of marketing mode. With improving the organizational structure and the talent mechanism,strengthening the risk control, ensuring the technical support as guarantee, to solve the development factors which restrict the transformation of CD securities brokerage business marketing mode.In this paper, the combination of marketing theory and the real development of CD securities, the purpose of this paper is to study the CD securities in the brokerage business marketing mode transformation process, to adapt to the development trend of the industry topropose practical guidance and suggestions. In order to further enhance the green rise abilities to serve the customers 、 the enterprises and Hebei, the transformation of CD securities brokerage business marketing mode lays a solid foundation for the achievement and leapfrog development of the company.
