The existing studies about supply logistics are almost about relevant theories of supply logistics and rarely did the empirical analysis. For an automobile manufacture enterprise, supply logistics is in the upstream of the supply chain and have the bottleneck effect on it,therefore, from the perspective of the operation of an enterprise,it is vital for the enterprise to master the efficiency of the supply logistics from the point of business process, it is also playing an important role in consolidating and improving the competitiveness of the automobile supply chain. So the key of the problem lies in how to make the supply logistics play its role. Based on this, this paper designed an index system consist of three input indexes and four output indexes around the business process、main contents and existing difficult points of the business process of the J enterprise,so the index system can be used as a long time effective mechanism of monitoring、adjusting and warning, and then make an research on the operational effectiveness of the supply logistics of the J enterprise, above researches will provide guidelines for monitoring and improving the operational conditions of the J enterprise. This research introduced the data envelopment analysis to making the evaluation of the efficiency, specially the CCR model、SBM model and DEA window analysis, all these model are based on the input point and under the condition of the invariable scale reward. On the one hand,it can verify the pros and cons of each model,on the other hand,it can judge the operational effectiveness and improve scales of the J enterprise in different periods through the slack variable values of the technical efficiency.
