With regard to the current Chinese medical reform, many experts point out that the key to medical reform’s success is medical workers themselves. Thus, medical workers’beliefs, attitudes and opinions towards their career worth great attention. For this concern, there are three dimensions to seek the answers: job burnout, occupational commitment and turnover intention. Therefore, to explore the relationship among job burnout, occupational commitment and turnover intention of medical workers, this study carries out an experiment involving 428 medical workers in a public hospital in Hangzhou with Malachi Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (MB1-HSS), Blau occupational commitment questionnaire and turnover intention questionnaire. The results show that:(1) The three latitudes of job burnout of the medical workers conform to the Precipitated Model.(2) The medical workers’ occupational commitment is negatively correlated with job burnout and turnover intention.(3) Low achievement is positively correlated to turnover intention, without the moderation effect.(4) Emotional exhaustion and occupational commitment can significantly predict turnover intention, during which occupational commitment acts as the mediator.(5) Emotional exhaustion and low achievement can significantly predict occupational commitment.
