One hundred IT professionals of the Zoomerang Zoompanel participated in the study. Linear regression and Pearson correlation tested the hypotheses. A negative significant correlation was found between burnout and job satisfaction supporting hypothesis 1. A positive significant correlation was found between burnout and turnover intention supporting hypothesis 2. A negative significant correlation was found between job satisfaction and turnover intention supporting hypothesis 3.
