Job burnout is quite a common phenomenon in modern organisition. Prior to the concept of job burnout, employees always show negative behavior, such as poor working attitude and occupational loyalty, which bring loss to enterprises. Since Freuden Beger mentioned the concept of job burnout for the first time, scholars have paid close attention to its development. With the level-up of the working stress all over the world, job burnout has became one of the most important subject in the field of human resourse management. China's economy achievement has vitness that knowledge workers'status has been inhanced significantly and their affects in organizations has became apperant. In this context, the research on job burnout of the organization's knowledge workers has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on job burnout theory literature and empirical research, this paper analyzes the overall status and internal differences of knowledge workers job burnout, using statistical methods and structural equation modeling method in its antecedent variables and outcome variables study. The results show that the occupational commitment of the knowledge workers has significant negative influence on job burnout. To some extent it is also influenced by the role confliction. The job burnout and interpersonal citizenship behavior are significantly correlated, revealing job burnout not only effct the traditional working performance, but also influence the relationship performance which will damage the relationship between employees.Finally, this paper explains the results of empirical studies and proposes appropriate organization management suggestions...
