Research On The Movation Of Urban-rural Integration Of The Middle-sized Cities And Small Cities Under The Under The New Policy Of Urbanization

Document NO.1 of the Central Government of 2016 said that “ The modern agriculture construction should make obvious progress and the living standard must achieve the comprehensive well-off level. The rural residents’ income in 2020 is 2times of 2010”.“The basic economic system of agriculture and agricultural support protection system, rural social management system, the integration of urban and rural development of systems should be further improved." Under the guidelines of the new-type urbanization, we must develop the rural economic development, improve the level of urban-rural integration. It is our effective way to solve “the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area”questions. Gongyi has a high level of industrial development,the urbanization rate also ranks high in the small and medium-sized cities in henan province, under the new policy requirements, we are going to pay attention to our advantages, find out the development of the power factor, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,to promote the development of new type of urbanization and urban and rural integration, make sure that all the farmers involved in the modernization of the mass equality and share the achievements of modernization.This article applies the method of investigation and talke gongyi as an example.Analyzing the gongyi’s urban and rural integration under the basis of first-hand information and a large number of analysis of the current situation of sufficient investigation, to pick out the results of the urban-rural integration mechanism of gongyi.This paper include five parts. the first part is introduction, including the selected topic background, meaning, purpose and literature review. The second part is concept,respectively for new expatiates on the connotation of urbanization and urban and rural integration. The third part is about the actuality of gongyi and urban and rural integration are analyzed. The fourth part analyze the dynamic mechanism of gongyi’s urban and rural integration, which mainly from the endogenous and exogenousmotivation. The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations.
