| The urban-rural integration is a ideal state to be achieved when the process of the urbanization of China is completed and it reflects that the the statue of the rural areas is taken more and more attention in the urban system.In recent years,as new urbanization plans have been developed in the country and various provinces and cities and the vigorously support and relevant national policies in the rural areas of planning and development,the majority of the rural areas have take the urban and rural integration development into consideration and pay more and more attention.The strategic task of balancing urban and rural development and building new socialist countryside has been put forward in the Sixteenth National Congress;it has been put forward in the The 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to build a long term mechanism of “in order to promote agriculture,to urban villages”,which establish a new pattern of integration of urban and rural economic and social development;it has been pointed out in the 18 th CPC National Congress that the top priority of the whole party is to solve the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers and the integration of urban and rural development is the fundamental way to solve the issues.In recent years,the support of the rural policy--such as the New rural construction,the Beautiful countryside,the Characteristic town and the Construction of modern agricultural park--has been gradually increasing in the country so that it brings unprecedented development opportunities to the rural areas.However,in our country,there is a huge gap between regions so that the integration of urban and rural development mode of our country are not the same.The unique geographical and climatic conditions,location conditions,social and economic conditions of the Bashang area of Hebei make it possible to distinguish it from other areas.But the integration of urban and rural development in the developed regions of China is not applicable in this area,so It is of great significance to explore the development pattern of urban and rural integration in the Bashang area of Hebei.Draw lessons from the Urban and rural integration development model and experience at home and abroad and be combined with the unique geographical location,climate,society,humanities,ecological environment of the Bashang area of Hebei,take the research on suitable the local urban and rural integration development model.The results of this study can be used to be referred to the planning of the village and town system and the overall planning of the urban and rural areas,and the protection and utilization of the ecological environment in the process of economic development in Hebei.The first part of the article is the introduction to mainly introduce the background and the framework of the research on the urban and rural integration development model in the Bashang area of Hebei.The second part makes a elaboration of the new town theory and the integration of urban and rural areas as well as a summary and analysis of the urban-rural integration development model at home and abroad and it also draws enlightenment on scientific research in the process of theoretical interpretation.In the third part,the author makes a detailed description of the currentsituation of urban and rural integration the Bashang area of Hebei through the aspects of location,ecology,economy and policy.In the third part,the author makes a detailed description of the current situation of urban and rural integration of the Bashang area of Hebei through the aspects of location,ecology,economy and policy.In the fourth part,the author takes Hebei Kangbao County as the object of scientific practice in Zhangjiakou Province,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the research results with the current "Kang Bao County village planning".The fifth part is the conclusion of the whole paper and make development expectations of the research results. |
