The Study On Spatial Integration Of Urban-rural System In Couny Scale

The urban and the rural are two organic parts which are composed of the society.There is a close connection between them in different historical stages of human development,they jointly take the shape of the area's economic and social development.The urban-rural system they are posed as an important part of the regional geographic system.The theory of urban-rural system and the theory of spatial integration theory play an important role to promote the development of urban-rural integration.With the continuous development of China's economy,the relationship issue between urban and rural has become an important issue related to the overall development of the region.In particular,the county has a regional spatial structure fully reflects the relationship between urban and rural areas.The income gap between urban and rural areas is an important manifestation of the relationship problems,affecting the overall development of the region.How to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas by the way of spatial integration,has become an important way of coordinating the relationship between urban and rural areas.On the basis of reviewing the previous studies,This study riches the theory of urban-rural system and the theory of spatial integration theory,and improves them.Then it explores the law of the space factor affecting on the income gap between urban and rural.This study not only is important to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,but also has the function of guiding the county to advance the urban-rural integration.On the basis of studying the basic theory and the core theory,this paper make Gongyi city as the research object.First it researches on the man-land relationship of the urban-rural system in Gongyi.Then relying on the spatial analysis of geography,it studies on optimizing the urban-rural system from rural settlements,contact channels and bearing platform.The results show that:(1)The income gap between urban and rural areas can be narrowed by the policy regulation of spatial factors.In this paper,19 indicators of economic,infrastructure,urbanization,residents and land use and other,are selected and applied to the gray correlation analysis.The result shows that the value of industrial output of per hectare,agricultural output of per hectare,and traffic land area per capita,has strong correlation between them and the income gap.It finds that these factors relative to other factors have more impacts on the income gap between urban and rural areas.On this basis,this paper constructs the SD modelbased on the structure of these elements.The model meets the requirements by the validation of historical data.By the SD model,artificially control the spatial factors in the low,middle and high values,found that with the rise in the value of industrial output of per hectare,agricultural output of per hectare,and traffic land area per capita,there is a decreasing trend of the income gap with the reduction of residential land per capita in the future.The results reflect that the space factor,such as point,line,planar surface in the system can narrow the income gap of urban and rural regions,this study is to provide a scientific basis for spatial integration.It is possible to reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas by optimizing the spatial structure of the urban and rural systems.(2)The spatial integration of urban-rural settlement system is the primary means of spatial integration for urban-rural system.In the urban-rural system,the urban or the town is not only the subject of the whole system,but also a platform for interaction between urban and rural areas.They associate with each other by the physical contact network channels,such as the infrastructure network,and the intangible contact network channels,such as industry links,cultural links,contact information,etc.Then they make use of the land resources to achieve the overall function of the system.The urban-rural settlement system,as an important "point" factor of the spatial structure,its population size has an important role for narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and enhancing the interaction development between them.The spatial integration of urban-rural settlements not only help to optimize the layout of urban-rural settlements,and play an important role for the spatial integration of the rural-urban linkages and the economical use of land resources.(3)The spatial integration of industrial layout and county roads are the two important ways of the spatial integration of urban-rural system.Improving the urban-rural relations,enhancing a variety of "flow" between urban and rural areas,must rely on the constructed industrial channels.This link channel is not only an important support system for playing settlements function,but an important channel to achieve the associated development of urban-rural areas,and therefore,The spatial integration of industrial layout is an important way to achieve the coordinated development of urban-rural areas.Through the spatial integration of industry,form an ordered industrial layout,thereby providing a good foundation for the industry to enhance rural-urban linkages.Although the spatial integration of industrial space provides the necessary conditions for optimizing the allocation of economic resources,these economic resources can beconveniently and efficiently flow under the help of the efficient operation of the infrastructure,especially the road network of urban-rural areas must be built.The transportation network,as an important connection between urban and rural,its spatial integration contributes to form a convenient and efficient flow.The spatial integration of traffic,can eliminate regional segmentation,improve the transport system of internal and external region,and then realize the development of traffic network.In the county spatial scales,the transport network of county roads due to the rural-urban linkages to assume a major role in the process,so the county roads space is another important way to integrate urban.(4)The spatial integration of land use is an important safeguard of realizing the spatial integration of urban and rural system.Land resources,as a carrying platform of the urban-rural settlements and the associated channel,is the end result of various construction projects,is the material basis to achieve settlement systems,industrial layout and spatial integration of local transport.Whether the spatial integration of urban and rural settlement systems in merged towns and villages,or the spatial integration of industry characterized by industrial clustering space consolidation and the road network to transport space characterized by the integration approach is closely related to land use.The rational structure of land layout can help improve the integration efficiency of urban and rural settlement and transport policy and spatial integration of industrial space.In order to solve that the construction land resources in a county are more scarce,the contradiction between people and land are more serious,the land resources should be optimized,Looking for an effective way to achieve the connotative development between urban and rural areas with looking for an effective way to achieve the connotative development between urban and rural areas.This paper has two innovations:(1)The conceptual model of the urban-rural system enriches the theory of studying the urban-rural system.The urban-rural system is the organism system,which contains two types of urban and rural,they associates,interacts each other,interdependent,regional interaction together constitute.In the system,there are the switching of material,energy and information among the various constituent elements with material flow,information flow,to maintain the development of the system.(2)The SD model of narrowing the income gap regulation system.The SD model is built on the characteristics of urban-rural system.Making use of the model,find that the spatial integration of specific content can improve the efficiency of system,thereby can reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas.
