Research On The Impact Factor Analysis Of Satisfaction Degree For Livable City By Structural Equation Modeling

Along with the development of urbanization, more and more problem was brought to make us worry about that, such as population explosion, housing shortage, environmental disruption, traffic congestion, problem of employment, educational resources shortage, city heritages ruin, and so on. Therefore, officer advanced a Livable City Sports in China and made some progress. But it is still far from Livable City. At least, there is no one to consider more from resident real feeling in any measures. Based on this background, this paper researched on satisfaction degree for livable city.Based on the date gets from the sample survey, this paper adopts SEM (which is short for Structural Equation Model) to verify hypothesis, and find the factors how to impact the degree of satisfaction for livable city. Firstly, this paper describes the concept, development, achievement of livable cities. On this basis, the paper founds the theory of satisfaction degree is right to subjectivity analysis on livable cities and find which impact satisfaction degree of livable city. For that, the paper put forward the theory model and hypothesis. According to the sample characteristic, Empirical Analysis of satisfaction degree for livable city confirm the theory model which has been established along with structural equation model method, including scale design, data quality analysis, data processing and so on. Using LISREL 8.72 to work out the factors loading and path coefficient between the latent variables which are'Perceived Quality','Perceived Justice','Self-fulfillment','Satisfaction Degree', and find the significance factor. Thirdly, adopting the theoretical and empirical research methods, paper find out the direct and indirect effects affecting the Livablity Satisfaction Degree, and the research results were put into practice to lay the theory foundation for livable city construction and development. Finally, according to the sample data and the analysis results, the paper put forward some improvement measures and suggestions for livable cties construction of Chongqing.
