The Research Of The Suitable Consulting Mode For Simple Typeof Enterprise Organization

With the continuous development and improvement of enterprise consulting theory, more and more scholars and enterprises begin to pay more attention to the consulting of enterprise. This paper focuses on the simple organization of enterprise, combines with the enterprises’characteristics, makes diagnosis and analysis on the existing operation and management problems, in order to put forward a suitable consulting mode of simple organization enterprise.In the process of making the consulting scheme, the pros and cons of the consulting scheme need be evaluated, and the pros and cons of consulting scheme depends on the owner、consultant and customer three sides perceived value. Combining with the utility value theory, utility value theory involved in the actually perceived value of consulting scheme, hereby generatm the same consulting scheme for different owner utility value consultant utility value and customer utility value.For further studying three utility value of balance, analysing the game behavior of three parties participating in the subject in the making consulting scheme, on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures, this paper introduces the evolutionary game model, evolutionary game theory can be used to analyze the game and balance of the three party’s utility value and judge the suit of consulting scheme.At the end of the paper, the author takes live friends buy friends company of culture media as an example, analyses the basic situation and the existence of consulting problems, identifies the consulting process model.Studying on the balance of the utility value of the three parties participating in the subject, making the suitable consulting model, and in order to help live friends buy friends companyto solve the existing operation and management problems and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, the company can develop healthy and sustainable.
