The Research On The Intergrated Consulting Organization Based On The Perspective Of The Supply Chain

With the rapid development of our economy, production enterprise demanding for consulting business is more and more big, but the consulting company and production enterprises in the long-term process of cooperation faces two problems: the first is that most consulting company do not have the ability to provide integrated solutions for the production of enterprises; second is that the advice of the threshold is very high and uncertainty it makes the production enterprises are not easily put forward consulting demand to consulting company. This is not conducive to long-term development of enterprises, but also indirectly affecting the overall strength of China’s consulting industry upgrade. In this paper, through field research and literature research, proposed a new form of consultation mechanism and integrated consulting organization for the solution and studies the operational mechanism and operational framework in order to improve the efficiency of reducing consulting, advisory fees.This thesis introduces the consulting agency from the perspective of supply chain theory, supply theory, integration theory and complementary knowledge theory, which is the theoretical basis; analyzes the development process of supply chain and the consulting company and problems encountered; put forward with integrated consulting organization way for solution, detail described concept, integrated consulting organization framework and its concrete; studies the integration consulting organization operation mechanism from the perspective of supply chain, designs the integrated advisory group on a single integrated consulting organization operation mode and distributed mode of operation on the fabric and the basic processes of their mode of operation; integrated consulting organization is completed in the electronic commerce platform in this paper, it also designs the framework of integrated consulting organization e-commerce platform and the production of enterprise e-commerce platform and analyzes the function and role of the base of all the modules in the framework.
