Research On Constructing The Productive And Technical Preparation System Based On Lean Thinking For Locomotives Of Q Company

In many of China’s state-owned enterprises, large state-owned manufacturing enterprises occupy a large proportion. Due to many factors including the institutional mechanisms, historical, product batch, etc., the production technology of large state-owned manufacturing preparation system serves large quantities and the flexibility of the production technology preparation system is obviously inadequate. At the same time, with the regional market spreading from domestic to foreign countries, increasingly diversified demand for all types of users, personalized, multi species, small quantities become the "new normal" for more and more large state-owned manufacturing enterprises. In this case, the conflict between the new market environment and the rigid technical preparation of production mode is increasingly obvious. The problem caused by the delayed delivery, quality loss is more and more serious. Therefore, how to use lean management thinking to innovate the traditional mode of production technology preparation has become an important subject for the managers of state-owned enterprises.As an old state-owned enterprise with long history, Q Company has a strong representation of large state-owned enterprises of locomotive manufacturing. Taking the present Company locomotive production preparation system as the starting point, this paper aims to o simulate the production line, simulation of distribution line as the focus of research on constructing the productive and technical preparation system for locomotives of Q Company, which playa a guiding role to Q Company on improving the production operation level.This paper firstly introduces the lean production research at home and abroad, which provides a theoretical guide for the next research papers. On this basis, it introduces the application of technology preparation system based on lean production thinking in some rail transit enterprises. It makes clear that in the current market environment, the production and technology preparation system based on lean production thinking has received the attention of many enterprises, and becomes a more advanced production technology for solutions. Secondly, through the analysis and introduction of the Q Company, it proposes the existing problems of production and technology system of the Q Company. Third, combined with theoretical knowledge of the lean production, it puts forward the construction strategies and measures for locomotive production and technology preparation system of Q Company. It solves the problems in terms of production organization and helps Q company improve the production organization system, which results in reducing delivery delays and quality rework. At the same time, this paper has a strong reference value for the same type of domestic manufacturing enterprises on improving the production organization efficiency, reducing cost, improving the quality and accelerating the transformation.
