| In recent years,the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,especially in the manufacturing of electronic products,and television is an important part of electronic products.With the rapid development of products,enterprises are facing great pressure.In the mass production of today,enterprises are assembled in the pipeline,especially the assembly line is a combination of automation and human,so the assembly line balance rate directly affects the production efficiency of the whole enterprise.According to the actual situation of Z company,the problems of assembly line for enterprise internal production is not balanced,comprehensive use of relevant industrial engineering theory,to the production line to find a suitable time,reduce production costs,improve production efficiency,the production line has been optimized.This paper is based on the theory of production line balance,First of all,the background and significance of the research and the related theories,such as the production line,the production line balance theory,the basic knowledge of lean production and the simulation software Flexsim.Secondly,the basic situation of Z assembly line and the present situation and existing problems of assembly line are analyzed.Again is the actual production line of Z company based on the brief analysis of the problems of the production line of Z company from five aspects of the factors of production environment,personnel,production equipment,materials and methods,and then from the five aspects put forward the corresponding optimization scheme.Finally,the simulation software Flexsim is used to optimize and simulate each process.The emphasis of this paper is to propose the optimization scheme and Simulation for the current situation of assembly line in Z enterprise.In the actual transformation,in addition to the use of the basic theory mentioned in the article,but also used a lot of research methods,such as testing,sampling,interviews,etc.. |
