| During transitional period of China’s agriculture modernization, the problems about agricultural resources shortage, the hidden danger of product quality and safety, imbalance in the structure of agriculture and other problems such as low level of industrialization and less competitive also become the bottleneck restricting the further development of agriculture in China. So it is of great practical significance to study on the current development situation and the priorities of ecological agriculture future development by taking the county as the study unit. Based on the study of ecological agricultural development at home and abroad on the intensions and the basis of evaluation, sets up the evaluation index system of ecological agriculture development level, use the methods of expert evaluating and layer analyzing, establish model and calculate the development level of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, and the paper analysis on spatial-temporal characteristics of ecological agriculture development level and put forward some countermeasures of major project of ecological agriculture in Yanbian Prefecture. The main research is as follows:(1) At the present time, Yanbian Prefecture’s making use of the local natural conditions and agriculture policy to develop ecological agriculture, getting better development in the construction of the ecological environment, the quality of agricultural products, the application of advanced agricultural technology and the development of characteristic agricultural industrialization.(2) By Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process method, this paper builds a comprehensive Exponential Evaluation system to estimate the development level of Yanbian prefecture’s ecological agriculture. This system covers three layers: ecological system, economical system and social system, with 17 indicators.(3)By range analysis and multi-objective method of weighting function, this paper evaluates comprehensive development level of Yanbian Pefecture’s ecological agriculture in 2005,2009,2014. Calculated that the score of Yanji in the three years are higher than other counties (cities), but taken as a whole, the Yanbian Pefecture ecological agriculture level of development is not balance, that is still in the initial stage. The constructure and Function of Eco-agriculture should be further strengthened to promote the stable development of agriculture.At last, It is proposed that Yanbian Prefecture should be take the leisure agriculture and rural tourism, Agriculture Science& Technology Parks specialized farms as the future development direction of the ecological agriculture, changing the traditional mode of production and value to promote agricultural development. |
