Comprehensive Assessment On Ecological Agriculture Development In Cities Of Jiangxi Province

The development of ecological agriculture is a major strategic development of our society.It is also an important part of the national economy.So,it has an important role in guiding to evaluate research on the healthy development of the different regions of ecological agriculture.In this article,comparative analysis,qualitative and quantitative combining,empirical analysis is using to evaluate the economic development of ecological agriculture in the Cities of Jiangxi Province.The main results and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,it summarized the theory of ecological agricultural development.The theory of Ecological Agriculture is an Agricultural Development System consists of Ecology Principle,Ecological Economics,the theory of Sustainable Development,and System Theory and so on.The main mode of development of ecological agriculture in Jiangxi:the mode of biogas-based Ecological,the mode of Agriculture-Livestock Industry-Forestry Industry,the mode of Leisure and tourism Ecological,the mode of Ecological Planting and so on.Secondly,construction of the Ecological Agriculture Development Index System throughout cities of Jiangxi based on the literatures analysis,theoretical analysis and analysis with the actual situation in cities.The overall structure of the index system consists of Comprehensive Assessment of Ecological Agriculture,Guidelines level and Index level.Index level consist of fifteen indicators.Thirdly,making an evaluation analysis on Ecological Agriculture Development throughout City,Jiangxi Province.The evaluation results show,development of ecological agriculture around the city in Jiangxi province can be divided into three categories:high level of development area,moderate level of development area and low level of development area.Compare with the development of different areas,we can found that resource use and recycling efficiency in high level of development area is higher than low level of development area,such as Ganzhou and Nanchang.The index data in high level of development area is higher than low level of development area,such as per capita income and expenditure,vegetation coverage and so on.At last,among the field of ecological agriculture there are numerous problems about Evaluation need to be more in-depth study.Many index weight assignment sizes,have no referential.In this article,we mainly discussed about a compromise method called VIKOR.There are two aspects:On the one hand,contrasting Lpj function in VIKOR and other concepts about distance,we found that Lpj function has those following inadequate:It unable to eliminate the impact of the correlation;It requires different dimensions variable component contribution to the distance to be consistent.On the other hand,we propose a VIKOR method with weight information unknown.Setting up a nonlinear programming model to solve weight information and the scope of application of VIKOR were expanded.
