Study On The Evaluation Of The Development Level Of Ecological Agriculture In Zhangye City

Effectively solving the "agriculture?rural area?farmer" issues has important practical significance for winning the battle against poverty and building a well-off society in an all-round way.In the 17 th year of the 2020 Central Document,the theme of "agriculture ? rural area ? farmer " issues has been established."Ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation." direction.However,in the current agricultural and rural development process,due to the excessive dependence on resources,the rural environment is continuously deteriorating,and the rural ecology is gradually being destroyed.In this context,ecological agriculture that takes into account both economic growth and ecological environmental protection has emerged.Zhangye City is located in the Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve.The ecological security barrier is its regional functional positioning.The ecological agricultural development level are evaluated to better play the role of the ecological security barrier.This article takes sustainable development theory,ecological economics theory and circular economy theory as the theoretical support,and takes the theme of eco-agriculture benefits as the theme.Analyze existing problems.Then combined with the actual situation and frequency analysis method of Zhangye City,19 indicators including economic benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits were established to evaluate the development level of Zhangye City's ecological agriculture.The individual weights of these 19 indicators and the comprehensive weights at each level are determined according to the entropy method.Use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the economic,ecological,social and comprehensive benefits of ecological agriculture in Zhangye City from 2001 to 2018.The evaluation results show that Zhangye City has significantly improved its economic benefits during the 18-year development of ecological agriculture from 2001 to 2018.The development effect of social benefits is the most significant and relatively stable;the economic benefits are significantly improved;there are fluctuations in the growth of ecological benefits,but the growth rate is relatively small.Therefore,in the future development of ecological agriculture in Zhangye City,more efforts should be made in improving ecological benefits.Based on the diagnosis of obstacle factors,the main limiting factors in the development of ecological agriculture in Zhangye City were identified.In terms of levels,the weak foundation of ecological benefits and slow development have become the main factors restricting the development of ecological agriculture in Zhangye City.In terms of individual indicators,the per capita agricultural production value,agricultural film use intensity,land multiple cropping index,diesel consumption per unit area,per capita food production,urbanization level,and per capita GDP have become indicators of higher obstacles.Finally,based on the analysis results,specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy development of ecological agriculture in Zhangye City.Finally,based on the diagnosis of obstacle factors,the main limiting factors in the development of ecological agriculture in Zhangye City were identified.In terms of levels,the weak foundation of ecological benefits and slow development have become the main factors restricting the development of ecological agriculture in Zhangye City.In terms of individual indicators,the per capita agricultural production value,agricultural film use intensity,land multiple cropping index,diesel consumption per unit area,per capita food production,urbanization level,and per capita GDP have become indicators of higher obstacles.Studies have shown that the healthy development of ecological agriculture in Zhangye City should be promoted by increasing the publicity of ecological agriculture,improving the construction of ecological agriculture systems,and improving legislative work.
