Primary productivity with the development process of China’s reform and opening up and the rapid development of market economy, the competition among commercial enterprises increasingly become a talent to become the focus of the competition among modern enterprises, enterprises can maintain a competitive advantage in the long process of development, the key is to attract top talent, retain talent and talent. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, demand characteristics of employees continue to show a variety of changes, in the form of a single incentive mechanism difficult to give full play to the incentive effect.If it is a medium scale electronic products manufacturer, company’s existing employee incentive mechanism already more and more adapt to the motivate employees, how to arouse their enthusiasm and creativity, so that employees can constantly in the process of improve the efficiency of work and the long-term strategic objectives and personal development goals combined, company to improve their competitive power companies in the market has become the need to consider the key problem, it is necessary to re optimize their needs and conditions, design of satisfaction.Exists mainly in this paper, if the employee incentive process optimization and design, questionnaire form, the incentive system of company’s current situation and existing problems of employee satisfaction survey and analysis, the results show that if the employee of the company’s incentive system of diversity of demand, and promote employment and employee satisfaction, thus affecting the company’s employee incentive effect. In view of this, this study from the salary incentive, incentive of multi-level training and H the existing mechanisms to re optimize the design, improve the staff’s enthusiasm and effective professional development incentive mechanism, so as to improve the executive market competitiveness and achieve long-term sustainable development.
