The most important factor of enterprise development is human resource factor,and the most important one is incentive module.By stimulating people's needs and motivation,incentive enables company members to have the intrinsic motivation to move towards the goal.With the booming development of the real estate industry,the demand for talents in the real estate industry is also increasing rapidly.But the vast majority of enterprises do not attach importance to the construction of staff incentive mechanism,do not really grasp the real needs of employees,so that the company lost a large number of talents,but also make the company's existing talent can not play its due strength.HL Real Estate Company is a medium-sized private real estate enterprise,but due to the lack of scientific and perfect incentive mechanism,the company's employees'job satisfaction is generally low,unable to give full play to their enthusiasm for work,so that the general brain drain to large listed real estate companies,which has limited the development of the company.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyses and demonstrates the situation of human resources and employees'job satisfaction through questionnaires conducted by HL Real Estate Company,optimizes the design from the aspects of job motivation,personnel training,career planning,and implements the optimized design.Follow up the situation and continue to carry out safeguards.Through the analysis of the present situation of HL Real Estate Company,this paper puts forward a scientific and feasible employee incentive scheme.The conclusion of the study will be helpful for other medium-sized private real estate companies to draw lessons from,help enterprises retain existing talents,and give full play to their ability to attract more talents to provide help,so as to make them in the domestic economic downturn and in the middle.Under the circumstances of the US trade war,enterprises will survive and help them develop better in the future.Hope that through this study,we can solve some problems that perplex enterprises in the employee incentive sector for a long time,and make enterprises break through the incentive bottleneck.
