Research Of The Ecology Resources Value Realization Based On The Green Development Strategy

As social economy develops rapidly, the environment degrades unceasingly and environmental problem challenges the development of social economy. This paper mainly studied how to realize sustainable development and value of ecological resources in a comprehensive way and strike a balance between social value and economic value.Taking value realization of ecological resources in Chanba Ecological District as an example, a conclusion that vale of ecological resources was mainly realized through social value and economic value was drawn with case study method through plenty of investigations and visits as well as analysis and summary of specific phenomena. Realization of social value and economic value was guided and driven by green strategy. During the realization process of social value, regional ecological environment has been continuously improved with "self-realization" of ecological value as the strategic logic, social value was realized based on sustained resource management and thus advantageous competitive resources were obtained. During the realization process of economic value, the strategic logic meant to continuously extend ecological influences through "mutual benefits" and economic value was realized based on large project promoting. Green development strategy was the bond of Chanba Ecological District which facilitated two phases to be mutually promoted and affected and finally fulfilled the value of ecological resources of Chanba Ecological District. In order to provide references for other ecological resource regions and enterprises and make contributions to overall value enhancement of ecological resources and realization of sustainable development as well as promotion of ecological civilization construction, characteristics of Chanba Ecological District were summarized.
