Since the 1990s, the increase of the world service trade is far greater than the goods trade. International tourism service is an important part of international service trade, it had a fastest growing and brought huge profits to various countries and regions. As the integration of Internet and tourism, the traditional tourism service trade development model is facing new challenges. The participating tourism service trade companies have some problem such as high operating costs, weak profitability, low efficiency, and low co-efficient. In the Internet era, tourism enterprises are no longer confined to its local trade, but will be traded with people around in the world and meet their needs. A large of data information is becoming one of the most important assets, strategic decision behavior more often rely on data analysis, but not just by subjective intuition and experience of decision-makers. The sources of information and the use of data will be the focus of competition enterprises. Facing the amount of data, tourism companies want to acquire useful data by their own power already seem unrealistic. If they want to survive and develop, they must cooperate with each other. That would facilitate tourism enterprises save costs and become efficiency. More significant is that tourism enterprises can have more power of innovation. Through the use of data, the tourism companies will make better service to the consumers and improve the quality of tourism. So that will improve the competitiveness in the international services trade.Under the background of the Internet, this paper combined with knowledge of international trade in tourism service and use Evolutionary Game Theory, to establishment the non-symmetric model, and analyze the travel companies’behavior. At the same time, the author put forward some proposal about the model of information service sharing cooperation. And then, present five information service shared models of cooperation. Through the examples of domestic and foreign tourism enterprises, the theory become more clearly. This article is desirable to provide more possibilities for future cooperation and development of tourism enterprises, so that tourism enterprises could have a greater competitive advantage in international trade.
