Customer satisfaction is the result of comparing customers feelings with consumption. It has a great impact on the survival and development of modern enterprises. Enterprise is not only in the business of products, but also in business customers. Therefore, to enhance customer satisfaction become the most valuable resource, has become a modern enterprise management strategy. This is certainly one of the important strategies of China’s power supply enterprises at present.It is an important problem for how to improve customer satisfaction, so that enterprises have a large number of fixed customers and market. There is a lot of thinking and research about this field all over the world. We have accumulated some experience, and achieved some results in Enhancing customer satisfaction Application Research. The relationship between power market supply and demand is special, because of the natural monopoly of power supply enterprises and the rigid demand of customers for electric energy. Based on the above reasons. The traditional customer satisfaction theory is not perfect in power market, it is also lack of customer satisfaction data analysis and the use. Therefore, it has the important practical significance to enhance the future of their service level for establishing scientific and reasonable customer satisfaction survey data analysis system, correcting evaluation of enterprise and customer relationship, advancing the reform of the power supply enterprise.The paper is supported by the Kunming Power Supply Bureau, under the guidance of Professor Lv Wanqing. On the one hand, the paper, by consulting the customer satisfaction research books and papers, to study their theoretical model of customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction influence factors were review and analysis, provide the theory reference for the research of this paper. On the other hand, the author of Kunming Power Supply Bureau as the research model and examples, through research, the establishment of Kunming Power Supply Bureau customer satisfaction index system. Draw on the typical model of customer satisfaction and some important experience to carry out the evaluation, Analysis of customer satisfaction evaluation of Kunming Power Supply Bureau. Try to use a graphical way to show the proportion of various factors, thus to find the influencing factors of customer satisfaction and the existing problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems.The research methods used in this paper are literature research, empirical analysis, informal discussion, data analysis methods, as far as possible to achieve the theory with practice.
