Study On Rural Road’s Maintenance And Management Of Jiaxing In Perspective Of Governance

Rural roads are an important part of rural public goods, it is characterized by multi-line, widely distributed, large-scale, low technical level. The effective unimpediment of rural roads is a prerequisite of increase agricultural output and farmers’income. At present, the lag of China’s rural road maintenance and management are outstanding, the specific performance are the maintenance system is not smooth,lack of maintenance funds, maintenance quality is not high.Therefore,improve the effectiveness of rural road maintenance and management, to ensure the smooth flow of rural roads, has become an important issue which urgent to solve.This article taking the maintenance and management of Jiaxing rural road for the study, the "concept and appliable theory-construct a model in perspective of Governance-Situation Analysis of Jiaxing-around experience-formed some Countermeasure of Jiaxing " as ideas of the article analysis. With governance theory as an analytical tool, research the pluralistic supply of Jiaxing rural road’s maintenance and management. Firstly, the paper combined the theory of governance with rural road maintenance and management, demonstrated that the theory of governance is applicable to rural road maintenance and management. Then, take the Governance throughout the rural road maintenance and management, construct a model in perspective of Governance.
