Consumer confidence index reflects a country or a region of the degree of consumers satisfied with the current social economy status and the future economy expected composite index, it has closely linked with the country’s economic situation. The consumer is the terminal in the whole production process, and consumer sentiment, consumer confidence is the biggest factor that influence consumer spending. So the producers, before moving to production for investigation and study of consumer spending trend is very important. Before the final purchase decision, the consumer will understand all aspects of product information by using a variety of means. With the quick development of technology and science, the network the Internet become one of the important channels. Consumers using the Internet to learn about all aspects of product information, thereby traces left behind hundreds of millions of search on the Internet, and these trace search is displayed in the form of some Internet search words. So you can search through the network hot words to real-time reflect consumer awareness of something, reflect consumer confidence further.This paper first expounds the consumer confidence index and some Internet search keywords, the relationship between the then put the Internet search keywords related to the consumer confidence index, and then re-use data from the network search keywords search index:two types of network consumer expectations index and consumer status index, then set up the web search index and the two model between consumer confidence index, and then to the consumer confidence index survey. It is concluded that the model predicts the average absolute error is 1.669, the root mean square error is 2.022, and also know that based on the network search data synthesis index of consumer confidence ahead of the country’s consumer confidence index about a month, then indicates that the network search data on consumer confidence has certain characterization and prediction ability.
