| Nowadays, division of labor in different industries and jobs within the industry becoming more and more refined. When faced with employment, we have more and more choices. It’s essential for our personal development to choose a full development potential of the industry and an area suitable for the development of regional industry.In order to provide scientific and effective support and advice to statistics majors, this paper builds an index evaluation system of industry and region from different perspectives. According to different indexes and their numerical characteristics, the corresponding evaluation method is adopted. By the way making an abstract problem becomes concrete, and the combination of subjective and objective, then summary results, get final result after analysis. And propose solutions to issues related about.First of all, in this paper, using the total amount of analysis and development velocity analysis method of combining to analysis the main sectors of the national economy constituted. The conclusion is that in major industries, financial industry has good prospects for development. Then, take the financial industry as an example, from urbanization level of development, development level of financial industry, and other influencing factor, to make a study of the employment area selection. Firstly, take comprehensive scoring method to get the level of urbanization in different regions. Secondly, take the entropy method to get the different parts of the financial industry level, and Adopt TOPSIS method to verify. Thirdly, for other factors, take RSR method to get regional classification. Last and not least, take expert evaluation method to get the weight and summary results. The final conclusion is that, for the financial industry development in the region, the best choices about employment selection are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang. The Second-best choices are Liaoning, Shandong, Tianjin, Fujian, Hebei, and Chongqing. |
