In the background of big data,and the Internet economy,in order to adapt to the development times must to develop the smart industry,constructing smart city is the key to change the current economic development problem and city problem.With the rapid progress of science and technology,the wide application of the Internet network technology,industrial integration in this background into a new era of content of smart industry is the important contents of the industrial era of the Internet economy integration.In this paper,chooing31 provinces and cities in China as the study area,using TOPSIS entropy to analysis comprehensive development level of smart industry in each region of China and analysis the spatial with ESDA,to further explore the spatial layout of the development of China's smart industry.The main conclusion as following:(1)From the index weight,the output level of each index and the index level of potential weight is large,showing that the industrial development of smart remarkable effect,well development potential.The development of smart industry focus on the smart of the people,therefore,emphasis on innovation.All kinds of factors of production inputs to the smart industry development and the key to good development of the smart industry is to improve the ability of technology and innovation.(2)The comprehensive development level of smart industry with time showing growth,unbalanced regional development in the area above the level of district number:Smart industrial development gradually increased,and concentrated in the eastern coastal areas,the internal difference is obvious;The low level of the smart industry,low level areas are mainly distributed in the western region,In the Midwest,the industrial development of smart for obvious "club convergence".The comprehensive development of smart industry in various regions of the regional differences in water reduced.(3)Global auto correlation analysis shows that the smart industry shows obvious spatial positive correlation with the distribution of the spatial agglomeration trend.The spatial correlation between the maximum potential level,is a key factor affecting the industrial agglomeration situation of smart industry,smart industrial level and smart industrial scale input of relevance is low,the gathering momentum is not strong.(4)Local spatial autocorrelation analysis shows that the smart industry spatial agglomeration types have obvious differences.The number of high-high aggregation area areincreased,which concentrated in the East.The low-low concentration areas are mainly in the west,especially in the northwest region.Low-high type areas are in the north central region in the partial.No obvious areas are in the middle areas.Guangdong Province has been at the level of clustering.(5)Technology is a key factor affecting the industrial development of smart,in the process of future development of smart industry,first of all to unify the concepts of smart industry,establish and improve the evaluation index system.Secondly,pay attention to the cultivation of talents,increase science and technology investment,actively develop the smart of the industry.
