Reform and opening up, especially since China’s accession to the WTO, our country national economy rapid development, people’s living standards are constantly improve, the pursuit for health concept consciousness gradually enhanced, the demand for medical equipment is also growing.Prompting for medical devices industry rapid development, both the quality and variety, had significantly improved than before. But compared with foreign medical equipment industry, medical equipment manufacturer in China, there are design less funding, professional scientific research technical staff shortage, low technique level, the lack of well-known brands, such problems as unreasonable structure of medical apparatus and instruments, these problems have hindered the healthy development of China’s medical equipment market.In this article, through analysis of relevant theories to JD medical equipment technology co., LTD., as an object, the systemic research on the design market competition strategy, so as to material class medical device industry enterprises to establish competitive strategy to provide the reference. The research of this paper has achieved the following results:First of all, to our country medical equipment environment and competitive strategy theory of system analysis and comb, competitive strategy for JD medical equipment technology co., LTD, is put forward and the competition strategy choice laid a theoretical foundation.JD medical equipment technology co., LTD. Secondly, the paper on the basis of the current situation of the development and use of PEST analysis, five models of JD medical equipment technology co., LTD., the paper studied the external development environment, for JD medical equipment technology co., LTD., under the condition of considering the external environment constraints on the choice of competition strategy.Again, using the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE) quantitative analysis of the JD medical equipment technology co., LTD.
