DGYJ company, which is a fast-developing comprehensive foreign trade enterprise in city-J, is now in a environment with fierce competition. And problem of continuous emplo yees loss not only lead to the additional increase of expenses on operating cost for staff rec ruitment and training but also.partly damage centripetal force and cohesion of the enterpris e, and caused stagnation, side affect on the good relationship with customer, restrict to the growth of enterprise, serious weakening to its core competitiveness, and cause the slump of company of business volume and margins in consecutive two years. In order to refrain the continuous decline of company, on the basis of insight to the reasons for employee loss, do ing the research on how the solve the problem of knowledge-based employee loss, is very i mportant to the DGYJ company’s strategy.Through consulting and analysis Chinese and foreign materials, taking the problem of DGYJ company’s employee loss as study object, obtain relevant data of knowledge-based employee loss. On the basis of objective and comprehensive understanding to this problem,together with the current situation of organization structure and human resources manage ment, we analyze the information, characteristic of the knowledge-based employee loss, als o the affect to the company. In order to get the reason and factor which affect the employee loss, we take the questionnaire to current and former knowledge-based employee as resear ch methodology, by the help of SPSS13.0 statistics software, we collect relevant data to an alyzing on reliability, description, relevance, variance and regression, then conclude the fac tors caused the problem which are external environment, internal management and persona l reason. By the comprehensive analysis of DGYJ company’s knowledge-based employee l oss, on the aspects of improve the salary system, expand the professional growth, building of corporate culture and building of the risk control system after the loss, we proposed the feasible advice to refrain the loss of knowledge-based employee andthe strategy to improve human resources management, for effective reduce on the rate of DGYJ company’s knowledge-based employee loss, and at the meantime, hope the thesis ca n be the reference and help to similar companies which have same problems of employee loss.
