As the background of economic globalization, the IT industry in China continues to develop and expand. Like other countries in which the IT industry is advanced, China faces the same problem as most of the IT companies’s scales are very small. Nowadays more and more scholars pay attention to the issue that how to make the IT industry in China bigger and stronger so that it can be competitive in the global market. IT industry is technology intensive, the core competence of which is human resource. The high voluntary turnover rate in IT industry becomes a block in the way for China to be a great power of IT industry worldwide.This article takes N-IT company as the example, focus on analysis of the database of voluntary turnover rate in N-IT company, the questionares and interviews of the current employees. And with the study of some theoretical researches scholars did, the writer tries to find out the solution for avoiding the high voluntary turnover rate in N-IT company, especially the voluntary turnover rate of knowledge workers in N-IT company.Based on the characters of knowledge workers, this article finds out some reasons which lead to employees quit the jobs in N-IT company:(1) fair payment and welfare, no matter inside the company or compare with other IT companies;(2) the quantity and quality of training programs that the company offers to employees;(3) the matching between the development of the company and individual career development;(4) the stress of the work and company culture;(5) external environment.The writer also gives some advices towards the cause factors:(1) the company should pay attention to humanistic care, reduce the stress of work, the communication with employees;(2) every employee should deal with their daily work according to the rules and regulations of the company, especially the leaders.(3) the company should give more chances to employees to attend to training programs and help them to build their careers.As a reorganized company, the superior department sends some employees to N-IT company. But these employees’s payroll and welfare are much higher than the owned employees of N-IT company. It causes negative emotion and the resign of some employees. So companies with the same situation as N-IT company should pay more attention to this problem, to be fair is the key to a reorganized company.
