Many entrepreneursfocus on food O2O in 2014.The market size of food O2O is more than 90 billion Yuan and about 3.4% of cateringindustry.It is the main theme of this paper how to find food O2O business model and investment opportunitiesfrom online to offline. This paper analyses the development of food O2O with case study and the business model of online reviews, order online, group purchase, take-out. I explored the process and mechanism of the value-added from online to offline, and on this basis, I try to find investment strategy and direction of food 020. The article points out that the investment opportunity of food 020 is to build entrance of consumers and give consumers a better experience. At the same time, the food 020 can record consumer behavior more easily than traditional restaurant, so we can provide the more accurate service. Investment restaurant 020 must think about its business model from the value chain. Therefore, we must consider investment direction from the value chain business model. We must invest catering enterprise information system and focus on payment issues and the development of mobile terminal.
