Electronic business market of agricultural products shows broad prospect under the background of agricultural + Internet. With the developing of mobile Internet applications, O2 O E-business of the fresh food products which is like a raging fire can be described as the last piece of "virgin land". Among them, the E-business vertical platform of organic fresh food also caused investors and the industry’s attention, and the rise of the middle class unrest in Beijing, Shanghai and other big cities.Take S company, the earliest into local market of the organic fresh food, as the case background, and mainly from the business model, platform model, O2 O model as the basic theory of the study, interpretation of the O2 O platform business model evolution and its development strategy, in order to reveal the organic fresh O2 O platform mode exploration.Firstly, I introduce the rise of domestic organic agriculture, and analyze the difference between domestic organic industry structure and foreign, mainly lies in the particularity of domestic upstream supply which brings many hidden dangers and the uncertainty risk of standardization and scale in the middle and downstream. Therefore, the organic agricultural product providers or operators often choose the business model of production, supply and marketing integration. From the trend of development the providers or operators should seize the opportunity of new industrial clusters and organic agriculture dividend policy, based on its own strategic positioning and the advantages and disadvantages, through the innovation of commercial mode of O2 O, by leveraging the way try to avoid overweight asset, initiated the first mover advantage, welcome to time of the outbreak of the market for organic products. Secondly, I introduce the overview of S company platform positioning and blueprint –Platform strategy for the integration of the ecological value chain in the end to end, and the evolution of the business model from the three aspects: how to build trust, members of the mechanism, chain store community to attract and retain customers, how to develop and shelves, category management to operate products, how to build a large platform of agriculture and resource management systems to integrate source of the value chain, which reflects how the enterprise business model changes with the market environment. Subsequently, I simply compare the organic fresh food with the mass fresh food, understanding whether the platform development of organic fresh food ecosystem is sustainable, the key is integration of resources by leveraging or breakthrough "green ceiling”, that expand more consumer groups instead of merely niche high-end consumer demand. Through two dimensions of the platform structure "one vertical and one horizontal" and the business model of "Bilateral effect", the O2 O platform model development puts forward a series of countermeasures and solutions. Finally, I summarize the main points of this paper and the prospect of the trend.
