In recent years, Bayan Nur city rural economic development rapidly, farmers’ income increase year by year. But with the development of the rural economy and area of planting structure problems have become increasingly prominent. How to give full play to regional advantages, reasonable adjustment of planting industry structure, and comprehensively improve the overall efficiency of agriculture, is the urgent need to resolve the problem.This paper is on comparative advantage theory basis, of main crops in Bayannaoer City 2004-2014 planting area, yield, total yield and regional comparative advantages analysis, in the analysis of Bayannaoer City planting industry development and structure based on, through the comparative advantage index calculation and analysis, analysis of the development trend of the main crops of the Bayannaoer region. Finally, combined with the actual corresponding countermeasures are given.First, mainly discusses the research background, research purpose, research significance, research status at home and abroad, the structure arrangement, crop selection theories and research. In the second part the basic situation of development of agriculture and planting industry in Bayannaoer city were introduced, including the main resources of Bayannaoer City, the basic situation of Agriculture and farming Bayannaoer City, the introduction. The third part analyzes the structure and development of planting industry in Bayannaoer City, mainly introduced the structure, grain, and crop development. Analysis of regional distribution status and comparative advantage analysis of the fourth part of the area of planting industry in Bayannaoer city. The sixth part draws the basic conclusions and policy suggestions.
