This paper analyzed through related literature on international new ventureenterprises, found that early international commitment has a positive role on the newenterprise’s competitive advantage. Therefore, based on the upper echelons theory, management theory, the network theory, this theory model proposed networkcapabilities, entrepreneurial orientation, TMT population characteristics, earlyinternational commitments, market orientation, new international competitiveadvantage as the basic elements. In begin with, thhis paper analyzed the relevant literature of early internationalcommitments, and summarized the theory source, constitute elements, antecedentvariables and the relationship with the new international performance, then proposedthe basic elements of the study framework. Second, define the connotation of eachfactor and propose the research dimension. Third, on the basis of theoretical researchand empirical analysis, the paper focuses on the three antecedent variables: EO, TMTpopulation characteristics and network capabilitities to study early internationalcommitments, and analysis of market orientation as the intermediate variable how toadjust the relationship between early international commitments and internationalperformance. On this basis puts forward13hypothesis. Fourth, carries on thequestionnaire survey to115international new ventures in three northeastern provinces, and have a empirical analysis of the survey data; Finally, through theoretical researchand empirical analysisi to demonstrate the13assumptions fully, and furtherdemonstrates the interaction between the various elements. The final results show that network capability is positively related to earlyinternational commiment; TMT population characteristics is positively related to earlyinternational commiment; EO is positively related to early international commiment;early international commiment is positively related to market orientation; marketorientation is positively related to international competitive advantage. Earlyinternational commiment is positively related to international performance. Therefore, the theoratical framework is proposed in this paper has been fully verified. This paper has three innovations: first, many scholars in previous research isdevoted to the study of the relationship between early international commiment andinternational performance, but there is little research on influence factors of earlyinternational commitments. This paper introduces three antecedents: networkcapability, TMT population characteristics and EO. Second, study on the moderatingeffect of market orientation in the early stage of international new ventures. Based onthe previuous literatures, few scholars explore the moderating varables between earlyinternational commitments and international performance, with the relationship ismore and more close, intermediate variables in this research has the important practicesignificance. Third, the network capability has an influence on the internationalbusiness activities, especially the influence on the early international commitments isworthy of further study. This paper regard network theory as the research foundation, then deeply analyses the positively relationship between network capabilitity andearly international commitment.
