Most of China and ASEAN countries are developing countries, agriculture has been the key industries of all countries, bilateral agricultural trade has a fundamental important position. With the lastly emerging strategic conception of “21 century’s Maritime Silk Road”, the importance of bilateral and sustainable development in China-ASEAN highlights out. Among them, agricultural products trading consists of one of the indispensible parts. By effectively grasping the dynamically change of bilateral agricultural products trading, this paper puts forward the relevant solutions to actively handle with these problems and raises the reasonable suggestions for further cooperation. That will be of great importance in promoting and realizing sustainable, bilateral development on the volume of agricultural products trading in China-ASEAN.This paper analyze the current situation in China-ASEAN agricultural products trading from the perspectives of market structure and commodity structure. Adopting TSC,RCA,CAI,TCI and IIT to analyze and demonstrate the features of competitive and complementary of the bilateral trading. Structuring trade gravity model to estimate and investigate the influencing factors in bilateral agricultural products trading, digging the potential cooperation fields and raising reasonable suggestions and strategies on enhancing the competitiveness of China’s agricultural export trade. These chapters are as follows: Part1: Introduction. Briefly introduce the background and meaning of agricultural trading in China-ASEAN and do a summary on the current situation of bilateral sides. Additionally,this chapter will explain this paper’s main methods, ideas, contents, innovations and deficiencies. Part 2: Related basic trading theories. Systemic stating the basic theories of comparative advantage theory, competitive advantage theory, and Intra-industry trade theory. In addition, applying the current situation to practical discussion and drawing a reasonable conclusion. Part 3: Current situation and feature. Firstly, simply describe the situation of agricultural trading in China-ASEAN. This part mainly analyzes the changing trend in China-ASEAN from the perspective of market share. Then, this paper systemically analyzes the current situation of agricultural trading in China-ASEAN from market andproduct structure. Thirdly, this paper will adopt related trading index for analyzing the features of competitive and complementary in China-ASEAN with empirical analysis and draw conclusions. Part 4: Empirical study on influencing factors. Firstly, this paper simply analyzes the theory of influencing factors. Then, structuring the model by combing the empirical study on bilateral trading and the influencing factors of agricultural trading. In the end, analyzing the potential agricultural trading export in China-ASEAN. Part5:Countermeasures and suggestions. From the angle of government and enterprise, this paper puts forward some bilateral and sustainable development suggestions, especially in feasible advice on expanding the volume of Chinese export trading. Part 6: conclusion and deficiency. First of all, the development status, characteristics and influencing factors of bilateral agricultural trade between China and ASEAN countries are analyzed, and then the significant characteristics and advantages of bilateral agricultural trade are summarized.Secondly, make a brief description of the deficiencies of the article.
