With the progress of the society, more and more unstable factors in the process of supply chain operation, which may lead to disruptions of supply chain and bull whip effect, which brings the waste of resource and losses of social welfare. As an important clean energy, the development of hydropower has been in the new era of great power station, large unit, high voltage, automation and information. EPC is one of the most important engineering project management models of hydropower project. The healthy development of this model has a great influence on the transformation of the energy structure in China. However, there are some risks in EPC Project Supply Chain management for Hydropower Station due to the EPC management model in our country started late and management experience is still shallow. In this case, how to identify the risk of the supply chain and how to evaluate the risk level of the supply chain is particularly important in the EPC project of the hydropower station.Therefore, it is necessary to study the risk of supply chain of the EPC using in general contracting project of hydropower station.Firstly, Using literature method and data access method to understand the background of the selected topic and the research status at home and abroad. This paper established the risk identification of EPC general contracting project supply chain for Hydropower Station Based on SCOR and also proposed risk index system of supply chain combined with the characteristics of the EPC general contract project of hydropower station based on an in-depth analysis of the supply chain operation reference model (SCOR). In order to improve the initial risk index, through the questionnaire of those staff who engaged in hydropower station EPC project supply chain management and research and established hydropower EPC project risk index system of supply chain. This index system includes six primary indexes and several secondary indexes. The G1-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of supply chain. This paper took a hydropower station in Yunnan Province for example to carry on the analysis of the supply chain risk index and finished the risk evaluation. Finally, this paper proposed some s risk management suggestions.On the basis of existing research, this paper constructed EPC project supply chain risk identification model of Hydropower Station based on SCOR, from the perspective of the whole supply chain analysis of hydropower station EPC project supply chain risk.
