Supply chain is a dynamic network in which each node enterprise operates around the core enterprise.Core enterprises coordinate upstream and downstream cooperative enterprises in the supply chain based on their advantageous position to achieve a win-win cooperation effect across the entire supply chain.However,because supply chain is essentially a dynamic alliance,enterprises will face many uncertain factors in it,and the complexity of supply chain system operation will also bring many risks to enterprises.Wire harness manufacturing is an important supporting industry related to people’s livelihoods.Due to the unique nature of the industry,wire harness manufacturing enterprises often serve as upstream node enterprises in the supply chain to provide supporting products to downstream customers.Their position in the customer supply chain is weak,and they are more vulnerable to the impact of supply chain risks.This paper selects HZDH company,which is a representative company in the wire harness manufacturing industry,as the research object.Starting from the overall supply chain system,it identifies its supply chain risks and proposes measures and suggestions for risk control.This paper starts with the analysis of the operation process of HZDH company’s supply chain,combines with relevant literature,and based on the SCOR model,identifies and studies the enterprise’s supply chain risks from five stages of planning,procurement,production,distribution,and return.A total of 35 risk influencing factors are identified.After that,through the questionnaire,the obtained data samples were screened and finally obtained five stages of risk and 22 risk influencing factors by using T test and exploratory factor analysis methods,thus establishing the supply chain risk evaluation index system.Then,DEMATEL is used to analyze the indicator system and determine the influence degree,affected degree,centrality degree,causal degree and weight of each risk influencing factor.The results show that the key influencing factors include unreasonable production planning,insufficient manufacturing flexibility,opaque supply chain information,production equipment and fixtures cannot meet the production demand,and inaccurate procurement demand.Then,13 cause factors and 9result factors are identified by constructing the causal relationship diagram.Finally,the weight is combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a risk assessment model.The risk assessment matrix is determined using the principle of membership,and the evaluation results are obtained using matrix operation.The conclusion is that the current supply chain risk level of HZDH company is moderate.Propose targeted risk control measures from three perspectives: risk control for each risk level factor,risk control for each stage,and overall supply chain risk control.The research results show that using a reasonable risk assessment model can more scientifically identify,assess and control risks.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a meaningful reference for HZDH company’s supply chain risk control comprehensively,and it is also expected to have a good reference value for the relevant wire harness manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain risk identification and control.
