Since the reform and opening up, the widespread cooperation between east and west and the rapid development of global economy, the citizen income of our country and the level of life have risen quickly. Drinking grape wine became the trend and lifestyle among the consumers, which provides the necessary prerequisite to realize the rapid development of wine industry. In past ten years, the sales of old and new world grape wine has risen year by year in the international market and it has also grown explosively in the Chinese market. The eight new regions of China’s eight wine have ushered the good development opportunity and China has become the world’s fifth largest wine producer. Especially, the Helan Mountain foothill region in Ningxia was named "best wine region of China" in 2015 and it will be built to become the famous grape wine production area in the next. The Helan mountain region has shined the world, but the planting patterns, cost control, brand building and marketing of the wineries which is built in the past five years has not yet formed a set of sophisticated system. With the long-term input of planting and funds of brewing and huge competition pressure on prices which is brought by the cancel of import duty on wine. The wineries in Helan mountain foothill faced severe challenge to balance a long period of investment and a slower recovery period, to improve the quality of the wine and to compete with imported wine and the huge cost. The integrated services companies or organizations to service the winery have not appeared in Ningxia. These companies could help the wineries to get their own place in the wine market, which offered the chance to the Zhenxia winery service company.Based on the background of Chinese wine industry in Ningxia Helan mountain foothill, the model of the homogeneity development wineries is analyzed.
