Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Chinese Rural Information

In recent years, the development speed of rural information is rapid, and the e-commerce inrural areas has become the focus of the government, enterprises and social concern. Integrated rural development and to provide information services, which is the main means of contemporary information technology and the promotion of rural and important work. Integrated Rural Development Information Service and Transformation of Rural village economic and social domains are closely related. This paper investigated seven rura in Huangshi City Yangxin County, analysis of the survey show:farmers demand for information technology has been extended from the field of agricultural production and management to e-commerce market, related financial and other information technology services, for e-government governance and other issues involving social services and rural public information needs particularly prominent. In this paper, that the development of integrated information services in rural areas, the use of the comprehensive development of business, government, public services, social management and other information resources in order to win the premise of the introduction of forces in society to participate in the construction of rural integrated information service platform, rural village into information households "last kilometer" problem, promote the transformation of economic development of rural village social domain.As the smallest administrative area, the village is the ultimate carrier of agricultural modernization, but also agricultural information, information of farmers, rural information and critical weaknesses. Since the reform and opening up, China’s rural village region’s economic and social development has entered a stage of transition, the traditional domain of the development of rural village is undergoing a comprehensive and in-depth structural changes, which gives farmers, agriculture, information construction in rural areas higher requirements, given the significance of the update. In rural construction and development of integrated information services, mainly by the use of Internet technology e-commerce, e-government and other means of information, relying on the integrated information service platform and use it as a link, the use of the comprehensive development of farmers, agriculture and rural types of information resources, the majority of farmers to provide a perspective of comprehensive, accurate and timely information services. Integrated information service is the primary means to carry out the current information construction in rural village region, facilitating information villages and households. Comprehensive information about the construction and development of services in rural little research, specializing in the domain of the village is scarce.
