Due to historical reasons, such as priority to the development of heavy industry, our country has formed long-term urban and rural segmentation. The division(?)of urban-rural latoor market always exists. Rural labor force tend to face barriers and discrimination like flow barriers、entry barrier wage discrimination. The urban-rural integration of labor market can give full play to the resource allocation function of labor market. And it’s advantageous to the social and economic development.Since the reform and opening up, although the reform of urban-rural integration of labor market has made some achievements, but the status of urban and rural labor market segmentation has not been completely eliminated. In the study of urban and rural labor market segmentation, large amounts of studies measure the degree of discrimination by the analysis of wage differentials and decomposing source of wage differentials. But the conclusions are not the same, sometimes even vary widely. The main reason is due to the limitation of data, the other reason is that the measuring method is rare.In this paper, the basic theory is "single wage rate". Reference to price index of product market use "single price" as the theory. After analyzing the development process and the way to operate of current index, we construct the index of urban-rural labor market integration on the foundation of original index and apply it to the labor market integration measurement. First of all, based on the statistical of Zhejiang province, we measure the dynamic Evolution of urban-rural labor market integration level on the time dimension. Secondly, with the help of Chinese Household Income Project series, we measure and compare the urban-rural labor market integration level of different regions on the cross-section dimension. Lastly, based on the dynamic evolution path of integration in urban-rural labor market, we analyze on influencing factors of urban-rural labor market integration from angles of institutional factors、economic factors and laborer factors.Empirical results show that:based on the statistical of Zhejiang province, the integration of urban-rural labor market showing a rising trend, it is relatively low in2003-2009and it has significantly increased trend after2010. In terms of cross-section angel, the integration level of urban-rural labor market is relatively high in the developed coastal areas, the interior area is relatively low. Lastly, in the analysis of the influencing factors of the integration level of urban-rural labor market, with the method of principal component analysis and regression analysis, we find that level of Per capita GDP and education has a positive impact on the integration level.
