Study On The Influencing Factors Of Enterprise Informatization Benefit

With the advent of the knowledge economy era, informatization has becomeimportant means of subsistence and development for enterprise in competition.The development of enterprise informatization in China started relatively late. Itbegan in the seventies of last century. After several decades of learning andexploration, nowadays the enterprises in China are entering into a new stage ofrapid development in informatization. More and more enterprises are engaginginto the development wave of informatization. In the current development ofenterprise informatization, everyone focuses on the benefit of it. How to avoidblind investment, improve overall efficiency of enterprise informatization andachieve the core objective for building cost-effective informatization projects isan important subject in enterprise informatization researching now. Thereforecarrying out research on enterprise informatization benefit，exploring and findingout the influencing factors of it is significant.This paper aims to inquiry the internal influencing factors of enterpriseinformatization benefit and measure the correlation degree between them. Thispaper studies on the issue by qualitative analysis and quantitative measurement.Finally, it measures out the effect of each factor on enterprise informatizationbenefit based on the investigation data of enterprise informatization in Fujianprovince.This paper consists of five parts. Firstly, it makes an overview of domesticand international research on enterprise informatization benefit and itsinfluencing factors, and then it presents the main research direction and thebasic framework of this paper. After that it introduces the basic theory aboutenterprise informatization from the aspects of enterprise informatizationconnotation, the root of enterprise informatization benefit, the features ofenterprise informatization benefit and so on. Furthermore it summarizes themodels and methods used in this research. Thereafter, this paper presents theresearch ideas and process of enterprise informatization benefit evaluation and influencing factors analysis. In order to overcome the limitations of singleevaluation method, the combination evaluation is introduced. In the process offactor analysis, it extracts influencing factors by factor analysis method andmeasures the correlation degree between influencing factors and enterpriseinformatization benefit by grey correlation analysis. Finally, it makes empiricalstudy based on the investigation data about enterprise informatization in Fujianprovince. It analyses the influencing factors of enterprise informatization benefitfrom an evident angle and sorts the factors according to the influential effect ofeach factor.Furthermore, it investigates the effect and significance of eachfactor in the development of enterprise informatization in order to provide areference for enterprises and relevant government departments in decisionmaking.
