With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the demand of the whole society for electricity is growing, whether it is for power users, investors, managers or other stakeholders, they have paid increasingly high degree of attention to the power supply enterprise management level. The power supply enterprise operating conditions affect the national economy and people’s livelihood, the development of the whole country. An enterprise must adopt to the advanced management thoughts which adapt to the economic development if it wants to adapt to the market economy. As an advanced management idea and theory,, the business process reengineering theory is being more widely used in various industries, so if power companies want to improve their competitiveness, in-house implementation of this theory is the inevitable choice. Power companies need to abandon an existing function-centric management model, re-build process-centric management model, thoroughly design and change the existing processes of enterprises, and evaluate the enterprise financial performance by constructing the enterprise financial performance mode. In this paper, we take State Grid Electric Power Co. in northern Hebei Langfang Power Supply Company as an empirical study, and research supply companies performance evaluation based on process reengineering, which has a certain theoretical and practical significance to enhance the efficiency of production and management of the enterprise. By studying a large number of documents, the paper analyzes the theoretical knowledge and the specific process of business process reengineering and enterprise financial performance evaluation.We ultimately select a few core processes from all precesses using "importance-feasibility" model to reengineer and we detailed describe two core process reengineering situations such as the end-users of electricity supply enterprise income accounting and economic evaluation of the project repository. Firstly, the paper analyze the influence factors of enterprise performance evaluation from four aspects such as financial management conditions, team operating conditions, the process operating conditions and user dimensions, and selects 46 indicators as the alternative indicators of the index system. Secondly, according to the principle of selecting evaluation methods, combined with the specific situation of power supply enterprise process reengineering, we select the Delphi method and principal component analysis method for the main evaluation method of this paper, and choose 18 indicators to construct the final index system from the initial 46 indicators. Finally, with the State Grid Electric Power Co. in northern Hebei Langfang supply company for example, the data analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software, the paper evaluatesthe enterprise performance indicators before and after the implementation of BPR, and proposes improvement measures. Through business process reengineering, the performance indicators of supply enterprises can be improved, further more supply enterprise value can be promoted, economic returns and competitiveness can be enhanced.
