DSM as an important means to guarantee the optimal allocation of power resources, although has been accepted in concept, but due to technical limitations only some large grid of high energy-consuming enterprises and integrators to incorporate the DSM system, without residential customers and general industrial customers for lack of access effective and access methods.Based on business analysis, technology is leading by business services. First, according to status of DSM, by analyzing the major actors, the demand-side management traffic services for residential customers and industrial users are classified from the view of user point. The services for residents users are divided into control type, push type, billing category and class of business portals; services for industrial users are divided into instruction classes, monitor type, billing category and trading network.Based on the demand-side services needs of residents, environment of residents user and residential users’own situation, by analyzing the level of service entities and hierarchies of access system, and putting forward the concept model of the service system, the design of Internet-based access method and process for demand-side services is done, and Internet access using the user home network internal connections were analyzed. In this paper, smart phones and smart appliances of residential users are basic equipment to participate in demand side interactive.smart appliances control and service process is done by appliance manufacturers and power grid.For industrial users, based on AHP algorithm best access methods are chosen from VSAT satellite communication, TD-LTE, WCDMA and screening MV PLC communication. By analyzing the feasibility of AHP, using transmission rate, transmission distance and cost as criterions judgment matrix is established and solved by Matlab. The conclusion that the use TD-LTE and WCDMA multimode equipment to achieve demand-side service access solution is given at the end.
