Study On The Construction And Evaluation Of Green Industrial Development Demonstration Area

Currently, China is vigorously promoting green development, and encouraging the development of green economy and the green transformation of industries. What’s more, China also vigorously promotes the development and utilization of renewable resources, and enhances capacity for sustainable economic development to build "two-type" economy system. At the same time, the concept of green development demonstration zone comes into being. The green development demonstration area is a complex system in virtuous circle, emphasizing the coordinated development of economy and the resources and the environment. It can achieve the rational development and utilization of resources and reduce environmental pollution, prompting the conversion of resource advantages into economic value. Industry is not only the pillar industry of the national economy, but also the industry with over consumption and high emission. Green development is the future direction and goals of industrial development. The establishment of green demonstration area of industrial development will accelerate industrial restructuring and upgrading, promoting the green development of industry.Firstly, based on the research results of green development, ecological demonstration area construction, the concept and implications of the green development demonstration zone of industries are defined. Secondly, by analyzing the dynamic mechanism of the construction of green development demonstration zone of industries, this paper builds demonstration area index system. Again, the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of the green development demonstration zone of industries in Lu’an are listed, using the method of AHP to calculate the demonstration effect of its existing industrial development to determine whether to meet the requirements of green development demonstration area of industries. Finally, In accord with the analysis results, some suggestions are put forward to construct the green development demonstration area of industries. Overall, this study not only enriches the theoretical knowledge of green industrial development demonstration area, but also plays a guiding role in the evaluation of the demonstration area, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
