| Under the guidance of the national policy, the state-owned power enterprises optimize the restructuring, break the monopoly,adapt to market rules of the international practice. The market of electric power survey and design industry is gradually opening,from the complete monopoly market in the planned economy era to the complete competition market. The lack of competitive awareness has become a problem that must be considered and solved in all electric power survey and design enterprises, which can affect the survival and long-term development of enterprises. S Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute(SDEPCI) is still not established completely fit for the competition strategy of the enterprise.As the industry leading of army enterprise,SDEPCI has a large volume and a wide range of business. Despite current market advanta,SDEPCI must summarize the competitive strategy in order to gain market competitive advantage as soon as possible, so that enterprises can survive and lasting development.Taking SDEPCI as research object, this paper firstly elaborates research background, significance, method and theoretical foundation. Secondly, it analyzes external environment of enterprise with Porter Five Force Competition Model, makes sure opportunity and threat the enterprise is faced with, and makes evaluation of opportunity and threat with EFE matrix analysis method. In addition, it analyzes the internal environment of enterprise from enterprise’s operation state and enterprise’s relevant abilities, finds out its advantages and disadvantages, and makes evaluation with IFE matrix. Through SWOT analysis,there collect SDEPCI’s strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats,and proposes counter-measures and suggestions that differentiation strategy is the most suitable competitive strategy.This paper puts forward innovative ideas in the following aspects:(1)Through the analysis of SDEPCI’S actual situation,this paper puts forward to create differences in the specific implementation methods and protection measures: build the core competitiveness of enterprises based on and create a brand, service, market, quality management arithmetic alienation; shaping corporate culture, establish a scientific management system, adjusting the organizational structure, establish a mechanism for resource allocation, and the eventual establishment of learning type organization to ensure the realization of strategic competition..(2) Through a detailed analysis of the SDEPCI’S structure,this paper puts forward the suggestions for:existing departments to further subdivision, set up business support department, leadership of the business layer, the establishment of specialized training institutions, adding new energy development department room, s Electric Power Design Institute of the matrix organization more flat with the increase of, with project management as the center, from the organizational structure and international market standards.(3)A11 of the 180 electric power design enterprises in China have not yet formed a perfect competitive strategy. SDEPCI’s competition strategy formulation has its particularity and good ductility,the implementation of competitive strategy and security of the whole electric power survey and design industry, have great significance,and there is extraordinary significance to our country that can smoothly integrate the international market. |
