At the historic intersection of two 100-year,under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China,China’s economy has changed from extensive rapid development to high-quality development.The maturity and popularization of new energy technology,information technology,and artificial intelligence technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to traditional power industry.As a front component of the power industry,the power design industry is also looking for a development direction in the tide of transformation.As of 2021,ZY power engineering survey and design revenue accounts for more than 70%of the company’s overall revenue.Therefore,how the power design business can obtain a sustainable competitive advantage in future market competition is of great significance to the company’s development.Based on competitive strategy theory,quantum management theory,knowledge management theory,according to existing research results and practical experience,this thesis adopts methods such as comparative research,interview,PEST analysis,five forces analysis,SWOT matrix analysis,EFE matrix analysis,IFE matrix analysis,QSPM matrix Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of ZY company,the comparative analysis of its power design business competition strategy,determine the appropriate competition strategy,and put forward detailed implementation and safeguard measures.The research shows that:ZY company should seize the current opportunities of political stability,high-quality economic development,and the transformation and development of the power industry,give the advantages of human resources,enhance the innovation ability and brand value of the enterprise,and take science and technology as a breakthrough to fight against the fiercer industry competition.The internal advantages of ZY company outweigh the disadvantages,and it has strong endogenous power.The follow-up development should focus on digging out the internal advantages,make up for the disadvantages,and strengthen the endogenous growth ability.Using SWOT matrix,conduct feasibility analysis on differentiation strategy,cost leadership strategy,and focus strategy respectively,and draw the conclusion that ZY company should adopt a differentiated competitive strategy in the next step.Implementing of the differentiation strategy,based on customer needs,efforts should be made to improve the three dimensions of product differentiation,marketing method differentiation,and support service differentiation to improve core competitiveness.At the same time,cultivate an innovative corporate culture,improve the talent system,strengthen scientific and technological innovation capabilities,design a flexible organizational structure that activates individuals,and establish a knowledge management system to provide guarantees for the implementation of the differentiation strategy.The thesis mainly innovates in two aspects of management thinking and strategic practice:(1)Introduce quantum management thinking,establish a "project team organizational with flexible",fully stimulate the potential and subjective initiative of employees,attach importance to interaction with customers,and use customer resources to create value,Feedback innovative design capabilities.(2)Emphasis on strategic practice,ZY company’s differentiated competition strategy and its implementation and safeguard measures are put forward.
