| Current China economy is in the new normal, facing growth slowed down, near optimal structure, a power conversion and many other opportunities and challenges. Industrial is the main industry of the Chinese economy. Industrial green transformation is bound to have a significant impact on the economic and social development. Therefore, our country will promote the development of the green transformation of the industry by promoting the green production mode with high technology content, low resource consumption, less environmental pollution.Firstly on the related theory of green industry transformation, green economy and green total factor productivity to sort out, then analyzes the industrial development of the present situation of China’s eastern, central and western regions, and points out the problems faced by the three major regional industrial development, discusses the necessity of green industrial development of transformation. Secondly, constructing the evaluation model of regional industrial green transformation and in the Yangtze River Delta area as the object of empirical study, using DEA model to calculate the Yangtze River Delta region industrial green transformation efficiency from 2000 to 2014, at the same time, using panel Tobit model to analyze the influence factors of the industrial green transformation efficiency, and therefore putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The paper finally proposes to realize the green industrial transformation in the Yangtze River Delta region, it must establish fully supporting the development of industrial green technology platform system and new industrial system, guide the orderly transfer of industries, achieve industrial layout of green, deepen opening to the outside world comprehensively, pay more attention to improve the quality of opening to the outside world, and strive to form a demonstration effect in the green industry development model. |
