Study On The Development Of Ecological Forestry In Yanbian Area

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic and social development has made great achievements. But in the rapid development of economy,the ecological environment of our country is also facing serious challenges, there are many prominent problems. In 2007, at 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set the construction of ecological civilization as a strategic task of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The report at 18th Party Congress put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position again,with the political, economic, cultural and social civilization together,constitute the overall layout of socialistconstruction with chinese characteristics.As a basic industry,forestry is not only an improtant part of the national ecnomy,but also an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,it’s not only bear the economic benefits, but also bear the social benefits and ecological benefits.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous progress of the reform and opening up, industrialization and urbanization, the problems of the ecological environment are becoming more and more obvious, and the development of forestry is facing the challenge of the development needs and ecological protection.Yanbian area is located in the northeast of China,the forest coverage rate is nearly 80%, forestry resources is abundant,forestry is one of the important sources of economic development in Yanbian area.To implement the spirit of the meeting of 18th and the Party Congress fllowed,strengthening the construction of ecological forestry in Yanbian area,exerting the the ecological function of forestry,realizing the ecological construction and people’s livelihood,there are important significance for the sustainable development of forestry and economic growth in Yanbian area.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the development of ecological forestry from the aspects of Marx’s thought of ecological economy.introduces the related theories of the development of ecological forestry and the theory and policy of ecological forestry development since the founding of China,based on all of these,starting from the present situation of the development of ecological forestry in Yanbian area,briefly introduced the history of forestry development and found the problems existing in the development of ecological forestry and the reason,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the specific problems.It has important significance to the sustainable development of forestry and the construction of ecological civilization in Yanbian area.
